Returns & Exchanges


We Only Offer Store Credit For Returns.  We Do Not Issue Refunds. We Do Not Pay Shipping Costs On Returns & Exchanges.

Return Policy: Returns will be issued store credit in the form of a digital Gift Card-Which will be emailed to you after inspection & approval. We must receive your return within 15 days of your order date to be eligible for a refund of store credit. Returns must be scent free, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.  Returns must be received within 15 calendar days of receiving your order at our office. The 15 days starts from the day the order was received by the customer. Returns older than 15 days will be rejected, and you will be contacted to have them shipped back to you at your expense. International orders have 30 days. Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.  Shipping charges are not refundable.

How will you receive your store credit? 
Expect an emailed E-Gift card or balance on your comment sold account within 3 business days of the delivery of your return back at Posh Nova.
Do we offer return labels?
We do not offer return labels but hope to as we grow in the future!
Can I make a return past the 15 day period for store credit?
Unfortunately we cannot accept clothing past the 15 day return policy for store credit. If items are returned past this period the customer will be required to pay the shipping charge to have the items sent back.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange your item for another size, you must return your unwanted item back to us. After we receive, inspect and approve your item, we will issue a store credit via E-Gift card. You may then place an order for the desired size using your store credit.  Please note we have limited quantities of items and the same item may not be available.  Please check with us.
Defective Items:
All defective merchandise must be reported within 5 days of receiving. Merchandise that has been washed cannot be accepted for store credit.
